Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions

  • United States Only: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do deliver to P.O. boxes.

Damaged or Lost Packages

ApexAudio Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact us at robertobrien395@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
